International Shipping (WorldShopping)

NEW LIFE WORKERS is an online store based in Japan, and we do not ship directly to addresses outside Japan. International customers can purchase our products through WorldShopping BIZ, our official partner for overseas purchasing and delivery.

WorldShopping purchases items from our store on your behalf and ships them to you from Japan. It delivers to 228 countries and regions and provides customer support in English, Chinese (Simplified / Traditional), Korean and Japanese.

How to Order

  1. Visit our store from outside Japan. The WorldShopping cart appears automatically on product pages.
  2. Add the items you want to the WorldShopping cart and complete your order.
  3. WorldShopping purchases the items from us. They are delivered to the WorldShopping warehouse in Japan, where they are checked and packed for international shipping.
  4. WorldShopping emails you the international shipping cost and payment instructions. Your package is shipped after payment is completed.

* The WorldShopping cart is shown only for items that can be shipped to your country or region.

Fees

  • WorldShopping service fee: 10% of the total product price (product price + domestic shipping fee within Japan).
  • International shipping fee, handling fee and other fees (if any): charged separately by WorldShopping after your items are packed.
  • Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country or region.

Delivery

Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Japan. This includes orders with the wrong size, color or quantity. Please check the size information on each product page carefully before ordering.
  • If your package arrives damaged or you have any other problem with your delivery, please contact WorldShopping.
