Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers

Your order will be delivered by either Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post. Please note that you cannot specify the preferred carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 880 yen (tax included)

  • Hokkaido: 1,100 yen (tax included)

  • Okinawa: 1,650 yen (tax included)

  • Remote Islands: Custom quotation required

  • Free Shipping Offer: Free shipping on orders of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more.

    Note: For Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands, additional shipping fees will apply regardless of the order total.

Delivery Timeline

  • Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 1 to 3 days from the date of shipment (varies by region).

    Note: Shipping operations are not conducted on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Delivery may take longer depending on stock availability or the type of product.

Delivery Date & Time Specification

We regret that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times. Once your order has been shipped, the carrier will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Address

  • We accept orders where the billing address and shipping address are different (gift delivery).

  • Shipping is limited to addresses within Japan only.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or post office counter pickups (Kyoku-dome).

Packaging

Packaging Method

  • We use appropriate packaging materials depending on the nature of the product.

  • Fragile items will be securely packed with cushioning material to ensure safe delivery.

  • We utilize eco-friendly packaging materials.

Gift Wrapping

  • Gift wrapping services are not available.

  • A delivery note will be enclosed with all orders. (For gift deliveries, a delivery note without prices will be enclosed).

Important Notices Regarding Shipping

Potential Shipping Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to the following circumstances:

  • Bad weather (typhoons, heavy snow, etc.)

  • Traffic congestion

  • Carrier circumstances

  • Year-end/New Year holidays and major holiday periods (Golden Week, etc.)

  • Natural disasters

Delivery Issues & Troubles

  • Absence: If you are not available at the time of delivery, please request redelivery by following the instructions on the carrier's absence notice.

  • Shipping Accidents: In the event of product damage or loss during transit, please contact us.

  • Misdelivery: Please contact us immediately if the item is delivered to the wrong address.

Refusal of Receipt

If a package is refused for customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and applicable fees.

Special Shipping Categories

Oversized Items

For certain oversized items, shipping methods and rates may differ. Details will be provided on the specific product page or during order confirmation.

Frozen/Refrigerated Items

We do not handle items requiring frozen or refrigerated shipping.

Hazardous Materials

We do not handle items whose shipping is restricted by law (such as hazardous materials).

Eligible Shipping Regions

All regions within Japan (including Okinawa and remote islands).
