Return and Refund Policy

Kurabo Industries Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the following return and refund policy for the service "NEW LIFE WORKERS" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by the Company, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Period

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period for any reason (except in cases of non-conformity of contract, such as defective products or shipping damage).

  • Please inspect the product immediately upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Prior Notice Required: You must contact us before returning any items.

  2. Verification of Reason: We will verify the reason for the return and determine eligibility based on our policy.

  3. Return Instructions: If eligible, we will provide the return address and important guidelines.

  4. Shipping the Return: Please send the product back using the specified method.

  5. Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs and Fees for Returns

  • In case of defective products, shipping damage, or other Company-related errors:

    • Shipping Fee: Covered by the Company.

    • Refund Fee: Covered by the Company.

    • Return Method: Please send the item back via cash-on-delivery (pay on delivery).

  • In case of customer convenience (change of mind):

    • Return Shipping Fee: Covered by the customer (please ship prepaid).

    • If a return is sent cash-on-delivery, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    • Bank Transfer Fee: Covered by the customer.

  • Cancellation of Free Shipping Benefit:

    If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but the total amount falls below 11,000 yen (including tax) after the return, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund as follows:

    • Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 880 yen (tax included)

    • Hokkaido: 1,100 yen (tax included)

    • Okinawa: 1,650 yen (tax included)

    • Remote islands: Separate rates apply

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for customer convenience for the following items:

  • Items Non-Returnable by Nature:

    Underwear (undershirts, undergarments), pants (trousers, work pants, etc.), masks, pre-order items, special sale items, and made-to-order products.

  • Items Non-Returnable Due to Condition:

    • Used items, or items that have acquired odors (perfume, body odor, etc.) due to trying them on.

    • Items with missing or damaged accessories, tags, labels, bags, or boxes.

    • Items without the delivery note (proof of purchase).

    • Altered items (hemmed, embroidered, etc.).

    • Items for which 9 or more days have passed since arrival.

  • Items Non-Returnable Due to Sale Type:

    Sale items, outlet products, and limited-edition items.

Defective Products and Shipping Damage

In the following cases, please contact us within 1 month of receiving the product. We will exchange the item or issue a full refund at our expense:

  • The product has obvious manufacturing defects or other non-conformity with the contract.

  • The product received is significantly different from the product description.

  • The product was damaged or soiled during transit.

  • The incorrect product or incorrect quantity was delivered.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Depending on the original payment method, refunds will be issued either through your credit card company or via bank transfer.

  • Refund Timeline: Processed within 5 to 7 business days after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned product.

  • Refund Amount: The final refund will be the product price (tax included) minus any applicable fees (return shipping fees, initial shipping fees, bank transfer fees, etc.).
